Faculty & staff may now enroll for fall workshops. We have quite a few new workshops, including:
- Secure Exams with LockDown Browser
- Using the Accessible Syllabus Template
- Online Surveys with Flashlight 2
- Developing a Strategy for Your SacCT Course
- Building an EndNote Library
In addition, we are excited to offer new delivery methods for some workshops, which means you can join the session in-person or online. Sessions that can be attended online have been identified with “Join Online!”.
This semester we are also rolling out new technologies, including the LockDown browser and Flashlight 2.0. The LockDown browser provides a method to secure your online exams and Flashlight 2.0 is used to create online surveys. Need to know more before you invest your time? Well, join Matt Kay as he demonstrates the LockDown browser and join Monica Range as she demonstrates Flashlight 2.0. In addition to short demonstration sessions, we are also offering step-by-step workshops for each new technology.
Join Cryssel Vera as she walks you through the process of converting your syllabus to an accessible format using our syllabus templates. Plus, Cryssel will guide you on the use of smart room and lab technologies.
We would love to post faculty online teaching and learning tips, best practices and examples of coursework in our eNewsletter and are certain your colleagues would benefit from your shared experiences.
